The administrators of Portsmouth and Rangers are looking at arranging a friendly between the two struggling clubs in a bid to raise money.

It came as a big shock on Monday when Rangers announced their plans but the club has now been placed in adminitstration and deducted ten points.  Portsmouth are also in administration although this is by no means the first time the club has suffered this fate.
